About Rebel Priest:

REBEL PRIEST have been a driving force on Canada’s West Coast rock/metal scene since forming in 2015, winning BEST ROCK BAND in 2017 and 2018 at The Whammys - an independent awards ceremony held in Vancouver, BC.

REBEL PRIEST have stormed the coastal concert stages, headlining their own shows and supporting international acts Udo Dirkschneider (ACCEPT), LORDI, DIAMOND HEAD, Hank Von Hell, FLOTSAM AND JETSAM and THE LAZYS. They have become a regular fixture at Vancouver’s annual Bowie Ball, performing David Bowie covers for the benefit of The Canadian Cancer Society.

Combining NWOBHM with elements of Sleaze and Thrash, the REBEL PRIEST sound has been often described as Trash n' Roll. Frontman Jayme Black comments: “We’ve been called Trash n Roll, or Trash Rock, but we just call ourselves Rock n Roll. A hideously deformed creature of superhuman Rock n Roll.“

About SCRAPE Records:

SCRAPE Records “The Label” was launched in 2017 by entrepreneur JJ Caithcart, former owner of SCRAPE Records “The Store” (1997-2016).

To date the label has released a sampler showcasing the best in West Coast Canadian Metal; Deluxe Anniversary reissues of the seminal ZIMMERS HOLE albums “Bound By Fire” and “Legion Of Flames”; and new albums from Canadian speed metal pioneers ASSAULT, and Prog-Metal veterans EMPYRIA.

scraperecords.com serves as merchandise distribution for notable acts IMONOLITH and TOUCH THE SUN, and stocks collectable hard-to-find Heavy Metal treasures, harvested over 19 years of running Western Canada’s largest retailer devoted exclusively to heavy metal and hard rock.
