THE NIGHTMARE STAGE SIGN WORLDWIDE DEAL WITH PURE STEEL RECORDS
Join us as we are excited to announce THE NIGHTMARE STAGE have signed a world-wide deal with Pure Steel Records to release their new album! The Nightmare Stage is a Prog/Power Metal band based out of Long Island, New York. Their soon to be released sophomore CD, entitled, "When The Curtain Closes," offers a unique brand of sonic textures that are sure to captivate any fan of heavy music and we here at Pure Steel are proud to be the ones to bring it to the world. The album will take the listener on a journey, as each track combines various dynamic levels and tempos with complex harmonic structures. The band began from a combination of groups that include Reverence, Cities, Immortally Committed, who were a mainstay in the local Long Island Metal scene in the mid to late 1990s and Live after Death, the exceptionally well-regarded Iron Maiden tribute band. Regarding the amazing turn of events the band issued the following statement: "We are excited to announce our partnership with this badass label! The Nightmare Stage is primed to forge some Pure Steel with the 2019 release of our long-awaited sophomore album 'When the Curtain Closes'".

DIABOL BORUTA „Czary" - Cover, Tracklist, Release Date: 25th January 2019
The release date of the new album „Czary“ by the Polish Folk Metal Band DIABOL BORUTA on CD is January 25th, 2019 via PURE STEEL PUBLISHING. The pre-order phase will start on January 11th, 2019 in our webshop.
New album of Diaboł Boruta, Polish folk-metal band from Rzeszów cannot be directly compared to any other folk-metal band. Songs are fast but with many breaks and accents adding some atmosphere to heavy, thrash or even black metal riffs.
However, there are no growling vocals or death metal screams and yet the music kicks asses as a wild horse. Flute, melodica and synthesizer parts combine folk melodies with Dimmu Borgir-like choirs and orchestra. Fast non-ballad guitars, original vocals, poetic lyrics (2 songs in English versions) and heaviness of sound are the characteristics of the album. The music is not Korpiklaani, Eluveitie, In Flames nor Iron Maiden, however, some elements of these bands’ music can be found in „Czary” album.
