The ninth and so far last studio album from 2012 of the Dutch heroes PICTURE is currently being made available on classic vinyl. The only minor flaw on this work is the absence of original singer Ronald van Prooijen, who has returned to the band recently. Of course Pete Lovell, who sang in PICTURE in the mid-1980s and for a decade from 2007 to 2017, did a good job on 'Warhorse' too. And Pete Lovell has a damn powerful voice, that fits as well in European Hard Rock and NWoBHM and is even convincing every American Hard Rocker. Friends of PICTURE should take their chance now, but also fans from SAXON to DEMON will be satisfied when listening to stylish and powerful heavy metal like this one. TRACKLIST: Side A 1. The release date of the ARTIZAN album „Curse Of The Artizan“ on limited Vinyl edition is December 14th, 2018. The pre-order phase will start on November 30th, 2018 in our webshop. The Album will release in a limited Edition of 300 black copies and insert for the first time on Vinyl.
In 2009 the Florida-originated ARTIZAN unleashed - just a year after their formation - a self-released and -titled debut-EP, which reached great success in the Underground-scene.
In 2011 the first complete album "Curse Of The Artizan" was released, which consistently continued the class of the progressive, pathos-dripping and extremely melodic US Metal sound. It caused some euphoric reactions from the press and fans, because the band has a completely independent sound up to this day. With "Ancestral Energy" and "The Furthest Reaches" two more masterpieces have been released in the meantime and this year in August their next strike "Demon Rider".
