Celestial Fire’s music is an emotive blend of ethereal, symphonic, progressive folk rock, featuring a stellar line up of musicians.

Founder Dave Bainbridge (also keys player for Strawbs and guitarist with Lifesigns) is perhaps best know as the co-founder of the band Iona, who released 13 critically acclaimed albums. Iona’s unique blend of Celtic progressive rock brought them many fans all over the world, including Rick Wakeman, who cited Iona as his favourite band.

Celestial Fire continues the path Dave began with Iona, combining exciting, yet deeply moving compositions with the crystalline, pure voice of former Lord of the Dance vocalist Sally Minnear.

New music is currently being written and recorded for Celestial Fire's debut studio album.
